Each 45 minute class is geared towards offering you a fast paced and challenging workout. I vary each class to avoid repetition and to enhance enjoyment. The classes all focus on improving your overall strength and conditioning but we also cover balance and flexibility work. No two classes are ever the same and this is something which my clients have come to love.
The Burnzone studio is fully equipped with a great variety of cardio and strength training equipment. We are fortunate to have sufficient space that when the weather permits, we can also change things up and take our workouts outdoors.
Classes are deliberately small in size so that I can ensure that you will get the individual time and attention you need. This attention to detail has yielded fantastic results over the last few years and I have watched people truly amaze themselves with their improvements over time. I am a firm believer in the “carrot versus stick” approach to coaching and I love encouraging my clients to challenge themselves but in a safe and controlled environment.
