For the last 2 years, I have managed various wellness retreats for Kathryn Thomas’ Pure Results in Seafield Hotel and the Powerscourt Springs Hotel and with a colleague in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.  The knowledge I have gained, allied with my years working in the health and wellness industry, has spurred me on to create my own Retreat offering.

I am thrilled to be offering my Burnzone Reset Retreats in the gorgeous Kilmokea Country Manor which is located in Campile, Co. Wexford. This Hidden Ireland property boasts 7 acres of award-winning gardens, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and tennis court. Each of the beautiful bedrooms is en-suite and there are a mix of Double and Twin rooms available.

Escape from the daily grind and immerse yourself in nature, as you enjoy stunning scenery, luxury accommodation, delicious organic fare and a host of activities to include sea swimming, aqua aerobics, hikes, fitness classes and group life coaching sessions.

This 3 night all-inclusive retreat will take place from 21st September to 24th of September, 2023.
