Our Reset days offer the chance for team bonding, taking time out, reconnecting with your purpose and nurturing yourself through nature.
These Reset Days are suitable for both individuals and companies looking to plan ahead for their businesses and to introduce a focused approach to their wellbeing.
A sample day begins with information on the health benefits of maintaining a regular exercise routine, followed by an introductory class covering the basics of resistance training and how this can be done easily and effectively from home. We will then head for a guided hike in the nearby hills where we will immerse ourselves in the surrounding nature and enjoy the views on offer.
A well deserved lunch of healthy and nutritious vegetarian fare is served on arrival back after our hike. After lunch there is a group life coaching session and an opportunity for the participants to share their experiences and to brainstorm with one another. People come away equipped with the skills needed to start prioritising themselves, to create a sustainable exercise routine, to achieve a healthy work/life balance and with a boost to self-confidence.
