High Intensity Interval Training involves working at a high level of intensity for a specific period of time, followed by a recovery phase and repeating this for a chosen number of sets. It is a hugely flexible class and offers scope to target the full body or to focus on one specific area at a time ie. Legs, arms, abs etc. Class can be either bodyweight (a huge advantage for online classes) or can incorporate many different types of equipment such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, boxing or resistance bands.
