1:1 Personal Training

Just starting out or looking for some extra guidance on your health and fitness journey? Why not avail of my 1:1 personal training sessions where you will get a personalised fitness programme geared specifically for your goals. You will be given expert advice on form and technique, allied with the encouragement needed to take you to the next step. These sessions are 45 minutes long, deliberately paced to keep you working hard and focused on achieving your potential.

Group Training

Looking for some like minded people to work out with while having fun and smashing your fitness goals? Burnzone’s group sessions are limited to 6 people so that I can ensure each client receives the attention to detail she needs. These sessions are 45 minutes long and no two sessions are ever the same. I include everything from resistance training to boxing, mobility work to circuits, the options are endless.

These high tempo sessions will keep you engaged, energised and motivated.

Online Training

Like many other businesses, the Covid-19 pandemic necessitated some imagination and a pivot away from traditional in-person classes.   Since April 2020, Burnzone has been offering clients the flexibility to work out from the comfort and convenience of their own home.

Online training is available for 1:1 or group classes and is done via Zoom.
